Who Knew?

I was watching Coffee and Art in the Morning on Ustream the other day (love this show) and the lady was talking about varnishing her acrylic work.

Promise

I finished my art journal challenge yesterday. I found a really neat photo of the Statue of Liberty taken from the torch. I used acrylic paint, photo images, Sakura Gellyroll pen, Pentel RSVP pen, music stamp. I used 9x12 XL Canson Mix Media paper. I included the quote: "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses/ Yearning to breathe free."

Postcard swap

I entered a swap on Jennibelle's site (http://journalworkshops.ning.com/).  The first swap is a postcard swap.

Pocket Letter

I received my pocket letter from my swap partner today. All I can say is gorgeous.

Mini ...?

I worked on these miniature Uno cards I have today. I don't know what I am going to do with them yet, thus the title.

I have decided to enter a few swaps. I've done this for several reasons:
